Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city - ArrivalYou are welcomed by our guide at Tan Son Nhat airport and then be transferred to your hotel in the center of city. Half day city tour visit Reunification Palace, War Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral with the passing Ben Thanh market. Over night in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh city – Hoian
You will take a morning flight to Da Nang airport, then transfer to Hoi an about 35km away. Being the most tiny town of Vietnam, you can finish the visit Hoi an by walk within a half day, but Hoi an previous was an importance port of Vietnam, where Chinese and Japanese traders had come over to trade and live. 

Day 3: Hoian – Hue
We will transfer to Hue in the morning with a visit to Cham museum on the way. Continue to Hue through Hai Van pass, having a lunch in Lang Co beach. Arrival in Hue by noon, take a short rest before take a visit to the Imperial Citadel of Hue. Overnight in Hue. 

Day 4: Hue Sightseeing 
Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of the past emperors, and with Orient style – those tombs almost located near the bank of Hue’s river – Perfume river. Take a drive to visit King Minh Mang tomb and King Tu Duc’s tomb. You will embark on the boat trip along Perfume river to visit Thien Mu pagoda and admire sunset on boat.. 

Day 5: Hue- Hanoi
Leaving the Imperial city, you will visit our current, but also thousand years Capital. You will have a half day Hanoi city tour to visit the most attractions of Hanoi: Hoan Kiem lake (the lake of the Restored Sword), Old quarter streets, Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple. The day ends with a traditional cultural show of Vietnam, of course concerning water – Water Puppet show. 

Day 6 : Hanoi - Beijing
Flight from Hanoi to Beijing . Transfer from the airport and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure exploring this fascinating city or take an optional tour of the Olympic Green.

Day 7 - Beijing
Visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, enjoy a pedicab tour of the ancient hutongs (back streets) and visit the Temple of Heaven in the afternoon.

Day 8 - Great Wall
Enjoy a full day tour to the Great Wall at Jinshanling Pass.

Day 9 - Beijing to Xian
Visit the Imperial Summer Palace before your onward flight to Xian.

Day 10 - Xian
See the Wild Goose Pagoda and tour the old city. This evening there is the option to enjoy a Tang Dynasty music and dance show with dinner.

Day 11 - Xian to Chongqing
Explore the site of the Terracotta Warriors before your flight to Chongqing where you board the Victoria Katarina for your 3 night river cruise.

Day 12 - Yangtze River Cruise
Cruise the Yangtze with a shore excursion to the Shibaozhai Temple.

Day 13 - Yangtze River Cruise
Pass through the Three Gorges, with an excursion up the tributary of Shennong Stream where the cliffs reach up to 1,200m and are hugely impressive.

Day 14 - Yangtze River to Shanghai
Visit the vast Three Gorges Dam before catching a flight to Shanghai.

Day 15 - Shanghai
Enjoy a half day tour of Shanghai including the Shanghai Museum, Yu Yuan Gardens and Shanghai’s historic waterfront, the Bund. This evening there is the option to enjoy the state acrobatics show.

Day 16 - Hangzhou
Morning train journey to Hangzhou. Explore Hangzhou, including a visit to the Temple of the Soul’s Retreat. In the evening there is an optional Impression Hangzhou show.

Day 17 - Hangzhou to Guilin
Enjoy a cruise on the West Lake and visit the Dragon Well tea estate before your flight to Guilin.

Day 18 - Guilin
Cruise down the Li River, past Guilin’s landscape of green limestone hills, fishing villages and rice fields.

Day 19 - Guilin
An optional morning tour of Reed Flute Cave before being transferred to the airport for a flight to Hong Kong to connect with your onward or homebound flight.
